Could You please give me more info about the horizontal (I suppose javascript) menu: how are they made? and how are they "called" fom the pages on which they appears?

they are made using the JS menu Plugin.
Plugins> Site Navigation Menus > Simple Vertical JS Menus


A report pops up that tells you have to include them in your page design.

I have worked with websites and databases for a number of years but I am new to web based databases, but this sample sounds good, I would really like to have a look around it and play about a bit. When I do the test on my pc I just get 'page cannot be displayed'.

I would appreciate any advice on what I am doing wrong. I can get other samples to load perfectly well.

Guess you's have to adapt the finished project to suit your needs.

That is a great start for a newly established real estate company. The project so far has a good mission and vision so I am sure you would have plenty of clients in the future. You just need to improve some of its sides.
