No response from Top or Gerald for weeks

Post No response from Top or Gerald for weeks
I have been working with Top and Gerald on our custom site since late 2009, and they sent me what was supposed to be the same working version they have on their test site. I paid for that module, but the files I received are not complete and do not give the same abilities as the test site.

Over the past 3 weeks I have sent several emails requesting the correct files and a status on the rest of the project.

No response at all from either person.

Did something happen causing them not to be able to reply?

Help!

Support emails seem to be a real problem. I believe we are being blocked a lot. I have moved dbQwik products to a new company, (Focus Technology International) which is not really common knowledge. I have no web site for that company yet, I really don't want to push that name until I can get the marketing presence worked out... but what I am trying to say is that I'll see if I can move emails to a different domain to improve delivery.
